Heavy-duty gas and electric griddles are designed to deliver top performance in any commercial foodservice application. All heavy-duty griddles have a standard 20mm plate for maximum heat retention and distribution. They are thermostatically controlled for setting accurate temperatures and available in smooth or ribbed, machine-finished mild steel plate. A new mirror chrome surface option, also available as smooth or ribbed, minimizes heat loss by trapping more heat on the cooking surface.

Gas griddles are available in 300mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm combinations. Electric griddles are available in 300mm, 600mm and 900mm combinations.

All commercial griddles are finished in stainless steel and can be matched with ranges, fryers, bratt pans, target tops and barbecue grills for a complete commercial kitchen solution.
