Cooking griddle made of enamelled cast iron with special nanotechnology surface treatment, equipped with stainless steel splash guards and cleaning brush. Heating by three independent tilting electric heating groups. Lower well, water filling through tap with adjustment knob, capacity 26 lt (overflow). On the top there is a GN container case (2x 1/6 + 1x 1/3 or 4x1/6, or 2x 1/3), not provided, to spices and sauces. Remote control of power peaks. Pre-setting for remote control of power peaks.
