Developed over a number of years by Moffat, the infrared burner system incorporated into our gas VeeRay and FastFri fryers offers optimum operating efficiencies and high performance and output while also using less gas, lower flue temperatures and fast recovery.

Cobra deep fryers implement an open pot design and cool zones ensuring cooking oil lasts longer – making them easy to clean, even for the busiest kitchens.
