Citizen EP electric ovens are ideal for cooking pizzas, either in trays or directly on the refractory oven floor.
The minimal space requirement makes them ideal for kitchens with limited space that still demand continuous production. The 70 cm wide oven chamber can hold up to 4 pizzas of diameter 33 cm.
