MIWE ideal deck oven in modular design. Every module (with three to six decks) is autonomous with its own burner and circulator. Permits a maximum baking area (up to 12 decks and 58 m² baking area) with the given footprint. Based on demand, budget and space, the modules can be combined horizontally and/or vertically with one another – with options for future expansion. Heated with oil or gas. Impresses with exceptional baking properties and subtle control functions. Ideal for baking the entire product range, from heavy rye breads to small wheat rolls. Perfectly prepared for automated production.

- Cyclo thermic deck ovens with static baking atmosphere for perfectly consistent quality; generously dimensioned steam devices ensure short recovery times; enabling "batch-to-batch" production. Even baking with increasing/decreasing temperatures can be done without any problems.
- Ideal for batch operation and automated production, even for a broad range of goods.
